Cesc Fabregas controls the ball


An equaliser deep into injury time denied Arsenal all three points at AZ Alkmaar on Tuesday night but Arsenal still have control of Champions League Group H.


Arsenal led 0-1 by Cesc Fabregas' goal at 36th minute. Arshavin plays the ball left to Van Persie who unselfishly passes the ball right to Fabregas who taps in at the far post.





But then, in the 93rd minute, Arshavin fouled Moreno deep inside the AZ half. Stijn Schaars leathered the free-kick forward, Graziano Pelle nodded down and Mendes da Silva lashed home the volley, equalizing the score 1 all.
