Eduardo: We Can Win Trophies

Arsenal

Arsenal striker Eduardo believes his side can surprise many observers and end their trophy drought this season.

The Gunners currently lie in second place in the Premier League, five points behind London rivals Chelsea, but with a game in hand.

And they welcome the Blues to the Emirates later this month in a certainly vital game for both clubs as they pursue Premier League glory.

Speaking to the Press Association, Eduardo stated, "At the moment we are improving a lot and feel stronger mentally - the atmosphere inside the squad is good, we are very together.

"We are doing very well at the moment and I hope we can produce a big suprise this year."

Arsenal is in superb form now, having won five of their last six Premier League matches and scoring at an astonishing rate of over three goals per game.

When asked about his injuries, Eduardo responded, "I am feeling good. At the beginning of the season, I had a few injury niggles, but I am okay now and ready to help the team rise to the top of the table, as well as progressing in the Champions League."
