Lee Yong-dae and Jung Jae-sung into Third Round

Hyderabad - Lee Yong-dae and Jung Jae-sung advanced to the third round of Badminton World Championship after subduing Canada's Adrian Liu and Derrick Ng 21-8 and 21-12. The Korean fourth seeds who were 2007 finalists received a bye in the first round. They will face either China's He Hanbin/Shen Ye or Germany's Kristof Hopp/Johannes Schoettler.

In the mixed doubles, world number one Lee Yong-dae and Lee Hyo-jung do not need to play until Thursday since their opponents withdrew. They will take on 14th seeds Xu Chen/Zhao Yunlei of China.
